Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Items damaged due to improper use or installation are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
